Once a month, I host a free live session on Zoom called Trust Physics Live, where we take a piece of the Trust Physics framework and work through it together in an open discussion with real questions. Just a genuine conversation about what this looks like in real life.

This month we're working through the Empty Chair, the armor that shows up as absence, as "it's not really my place," as deciding in advance that you don't belong in the conversation. It's the most universal of the five, and possibly the most devastating, because it doesn't look like armor at all.
