CDL Studio - Conscience-Driven Leadership Studio
Group coaching through live work and collective learning.
CDL Studio is a group coaching container built around live leadership work.
Each session uses a fishbowl format: a small group of leaders brings real, active challenges into the center of the room and works with me directly, while the rest of the group participates as observers. The learning happens both in the work itself and in watching how decisions, dynamics, and accountability unfold in real time.
This is not passive attendance. It’s shared practice.
