The Circle exists to help leaders stay oriented
The Circle
This is a shared space for conversation, reflection, and real questions about responsibility, systems, and the decisions that shape them, and a place where leaders can step out of professional isolation and think clearly together.
Each month, we gather around a clear theme and use it to explore what’s actually happening beneath the surface of our work.
This isn’t a content feed or a performance space. It’s a place to think out loud, listen carefully, and sharpen judgment in the company of others who take leadership seriously.
who the circle is for
Some people join The Circle as their primary way of engaging.
Others are here alongside deeper work.
There’s no “right” way to belong.
The Circle is for leaders who:
Are carrying real responsibility
Want a place to think clearly without performing
Value perspective, language, and shared inquiry
Are interested in staying connected to the work, even when they’re not in an intensive container
what happens here
The Circle is anchored by monthly live conversations.
Each session centers on a specific theme, tension, or decision leaders are grappling with right now. The conversation is practical, unscripted, and responsive to what’s present in the room.
Between live sessions, the space stays open for reflection, conversation, and connection. I’ll occasionally drop prompts or insights, and members are welcome to engage in whatever way feels useful to them.
Some people talk a lot.
Some people listen more than they speak.
Both are welcome.
How I show UP
I’m present in the live conversations.
I’m paying attention to what’s emerging.
I contribute perspective, questions, and framing when it’s helpful.
I’m not offering 1:1 coaching inside The Circle, and I’m not on-call in the space. This is intentional. The Circle works because it stays spacious, collective, and grounded.
As the community grows, moderators will support the care and flow of the space.
