Every angle, every risk, every outcome - you can’t not see it. So you either spiral or just do everything yourself because explaining takes longer than doing. People are necessary, but they’re also exhausting.
You do everything
You’re so good at problem-solving that you’ve run out of bandwidth to build from scratch, and the world is a poorer place for it. And your team? You love them. But my god, why won’t they just do their jobs??

I’m not here to help you find your own answers.
You’re smart and self-aware - if you knew how to solve the problem, it would be solved already.
But you can’t see your whole self by yourself. You need a mirror, and most of the people around you are funhouse mirrors, distorted by what they need from you.
I’m a shiny mirror. I’m not in your org chart, so I don’t need anything from you. I reflect the leader you can’t see from where you’re standing: the talents you don’t notice, the habits that cost you.
You’re allowed to hate the reflection, but I’ll keep holding it up.
