Once a month, I host a free live session on Zoom called Trust Physics Live, where we take a piece of the Trust Physics framework and work through it together in an open discussion with real questions. Just a genuine conversation about what this looks like in real life.

This month we're working through Law 1: Trust breaks faster than it heals. Q4 pressure is real, interpersonal and organizational dynamics are at their most intense, and this is exactly when the erosion begins, in small moments that seem like nothing that are actually undermining everything.
